How can I lose inner thigh fat?

Post

I know I have a wide thigh bone structure (I had a thigh gap before) and I'd like to lose the fat surrounding that area to show the gap between my two legs. I've been told that I need to lose fat everywhere in my body but I've tried and I haven't lost anything. My height is 4'11" and my weight is 90.3lbs. I need a good diet and daily exercises.

YOU'VE BEEN TOLD? Wow. People these days.
90 pounds and 4'11? Your BMI is 18. I don't know of your age, but that's borderlining on underweight whatever age you are.
YOU DO NOT NEED A DIET. Sure, you can exercise for the good value of it, but not to lose fat! You don't need to lose anything. Don't try to lose anything. I'm guessing you're around 13-15?
When I was your age, I hated my thighs too. But you know what?
Now I look back and wonder why I stressed so much. I am going to assume that you are the average 14 year old girl:
You're of a perfect weight and everything, but you look at those thighs and wonder why they have to be so… well, big, in your eyes. But seriously, this is nothing to worry about. Girl, your body is just developing! If you have more fat down on your thighs than up on your boobs and arms, that also means that your body naturally stores its fat down there. This is actually very common for women. We can't all have that hourglass figure; in fact, only 8% of women have it. The pear, or the triangle (I prefer to think of it as pear, because triangle is massively exaggerated), is the most common female body-type. If you are actually a pear… girl, congratulations, cause pears are awesome. Join the club.
But seriously, if you are unhappy with certain parts of your body that have more fat than others, go research female body types and find out which one you are.
Before I knew about all this, I could never accept my larger thighs. I wondered what was wrong with me, and why I was really skinny but that my thighs were still bigger than my friends. Then I found out that it was just my body type, and BAM, I came to accept that I couldn't change anything.
I realized that unless I became dangerously underweight, I would never get those amazing thighs. So yeah… that was that.
Whatever happens though, you've gotta accept yourself. There will always be things you don't like about your body. Even if you finally got that gap, there would be something else you'd wanna change, and then something more, and then before you know it you're obsessed and you can't stop. And you'll wish you could just escape from the hellhole you've fallen into. Don't start now.

Currently I'm 16 years old and recovering from being underweight. And you know what? All of this health stuff began, for me, when I was your age, and couldn't accept that my thighs were a bit bigger than I thought they should be. In the end, losing weight won't help your self-esteem. All you will be doing is succumbing to that little voice in the back of your mind, which will eventually take control of your life if you don't do something to stop it.
Well, half of that I copied from my last entry, but please. You are barely of a healthy weight. You do not need to lose anything.

i think you can do the exercise because it is the option for fat remove and you dont do the exercise.

then you use ayurvedic supplements and my suggest u can use Fat Cutter because this is natural supplements and reduces inner thigh fat.

Thank you for sharing your revelation. This so resonated with me as I think my biggest challenge to writing is having the time.

The thighs are one of the first areas that the body stores excess fat on women. For this reason, many women who are overweight are especially unhappy with the appearance of their thighs. With a combination of strength exercises to target the thighs, a good amount of cardio, and a moderate diet, it’s actually quite simple to slim down and achieve toned thighs.
