My eyes are always dry?

I use eyedrops now and that is the only thing that helps, im 16, never needed glasses but i think i might. My vision gets blurry and my eyes are sensitive to light sometimes so i wear sunglasses, every morning when i wake up my eyes are dry. can someone help?

Make sure you don't forget to blink.or maybe you're not drinking enough water.if not drink a bottle and you're eyes should be most again or drink more if you want.

Do you get enough sleep? Cause lack of sleep can cause dry eyes

Dry eyes can't be cured, only treated.

Waking up with dry eyes is definitely a sign of dry eyes.

During the day time you need to use artificial tears.

At bedtime you need eye ointment, as it will remain on the eye surface longer.

Sensitivity to light is probably due to inflammation due to the dryness, if so, your eyes are drying out too much and you need to lubricate them more. Ideally see an eye doctor about this. Also, it will make your eyes more vulnerable to infections.

Ideally get a referral to an ophthalmologist, as dry eyes aren't that good for the cornea. It may help if you had your tear duct plugged.
